All AICS courses lead to qualifications from the industry-endorsed Community Services Training Package. All qualifications in the Training Package are developed in consultation with industry. This means the competencies contained in each qualification are relevant to the specific occupation it represents, and appropriate to the educational level of the qualification.
Australia's system of recognising training organisations and qualifications is one of the most stringent in the world. As a training organisation (Provider No: 0670), we are required to implement a variety of systems and processes that ensure the quality and accuracy of the training we provide. These systems and processes include, but are not limited to: business management, course and program development and review, continuous improvement processes, course delivery, assessing students and marketing of our courses. Subsequently, you are assured of the quality of our training and our integrity as a reputable training organisation.
